Key Role and Responsibilities

• Digital Manufacturing (80%)
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain digital solution that improve manufacturing productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain manufacturing reports and real-time production dashboards using modern visualization tools.
  • Integrate data from manufacturing equipment, PLCs, sensors, Industrial IoT devices, MES, ERP, and other factory systems.
  • Develop APIs and interfaces between manufacturing applications and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization.
  • Support Smart Factory initiatives including advance process control, traceability, predictive maintenance, and real-time production monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve system performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide user training.

• Digital Infrastructure (20%)
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, networking system, and industrial connectivity.
  • Maintain system availability and ensure reliable operation of digital platforms.
  • Support software installation, system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments.
  • Coordinate with Corporate IT and external vendors to support infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
• 2–5 years of experience in Software Development, Manufacturing IT, Industrial Automation, Smart Factory, MES, or related areas.
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Understanding of software development principles and system integration, Familiarity with REST APIs, Web Services, and database design.
• Basic understanding of network connectivity (LAN/VLAN/TCP-IP).
• Experience using AI Tools in development or analysis is preferred.
• Able to travel upcountry / to other sites as required.
