Job Description

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improving productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize production performance and reduce manufacturing waste.
• Investigate and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and execute assigned engineering and continuous improvement projects to achieve business objectives.
• Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent operations.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality, safety, and other management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), production throughput, and operational performance.
• Identify and adopt new technologies and engineering solutions to improve manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and production problem-solving.
• Knowledge of AI applications, automation systems, or robotics technologies in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, SOP development, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma is a plus).
• Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve OEE, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and good communication skills.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
• Willing to work onsite at Thai Containers Group Co., Ltd. (Pathum Thani Plant).
